Improvement on Upward Heating for Half divided Flue Under Jet Compound Coke Oven

分析了两分下喷式焦炉高向加热存在的问题,采取了在燃烧室中部火道增设灯头砖的措施,不仅解决了中部火道上下温差过大的问题,而且有效地消灭了焦饼中部的生焦现象。

The problem existing in the upward heating for the half-divided flue under jet compound coke oven is analyzed. The measure of addition burner brick at the middle flue of combustion chamber is taken. Not only solves the problem of bigger temperature difference between the upper part and lower part of the middle flue, but also eliminates the phenomenon of under burnt core of coke cake.
