摘要 以苄胺和丙烯酸甲酯为起始原料 ,合成OPC -2 1 2 68的重要中间体 1 -苄基 -4 -哌啶酮 ,并对每步反应的工艺进行优化 ,确定了最佳反应条件 ,三步反应的总收率为 74 .5 % ,比文献值提高了1 4 .5 %。新工艺做法简单 ,成本降低 。 Benzyl-4-piperidones, one of the important mid-body of OPC-21268, was synthesized from benzylamine and methyl acrylate. Process of every reaction was optimized, and the best condition of reaction was defined. The total yield of three reactions was 74.5%, which was 14.5% more than the yield reported in literature. The new process was fit to industry production for its easy method and low costs.
