摘要
制备了一系列担载贵金属Pt的分子筛催化剂 ,评价了不同载Pt量对催化剂活性的影响。分子筛Pt含量的变化对反应结果影响很大 ,确定了载Pt量为催化剂总量的 0 .2 %Pt HZSM -5催化剂 ,能使正丁烷转化率 >4 0 % ,异丁烷选择性 >80 %。同时考察了反应温度、反应压力和H2 nC04对正丁烷异构化反应转化率及选择性的影响 ,结果表明 :反应温度 3 5 0~ 4 5 0℃ ;反应压力 1 .0~ 2 .0MPa;H2 nC04=1~ 3等工艺条件较适合于正丁烷异构化反应。
A series of Pt/HZSM-5 catalysts were prepared. The different Pt content on catalyst influenced reaction results. The conversion was above 40 % and the selectivity was above 80 % on the condition of Pt content (0.2 %). Meanwhile, the effect of reaction temperature, reaction pressure and H_2/nC 0_4 on the conversion and the selectivity of n-butane isomeriz1ation were studied. The results showed that reaction temperature 350~450 ℃, reaction pressure 1.0~2.0 MPa, H_2/nC 0_4=1~3 were the best condition for n-butane isomerization.
