采用以尿素和硫酸二甲酯为原料的合成路线 ,经缩合反应、酸解得到中间体o -甲基异脲硫酸氢盐 ,在溶剂中与氢氧化钠反应 ,最后与醋酸反应而制得产品 。

Using urea and dimethyl sulfate as raw materials, o-methylisourea hydrogene sulfate was prepared through condensation and acidolysis reactions, then it reacted with sodium hydroxide and acetic acid in solvent in turn to gain the objective product, the used solvent was recovered.
