摘要
介绍了以丙酸和光气为原料在催化剂的作用下合成丙酰氯的工艺方法。该法属半连续生产 ,收率为 97% ,产品纯度≥ 98.0 % ,具有产品纯度高、外观好、成本低、三废少等特点。试验表明 ,选用咪唑为催化剂 (加入量为丙酸的 % ) ,95~ 1 0 0℃ ,光气过剩率为 1 5 %~ 2 5 % 。
The process of synthesis of propionyl chloride with phosgene and propionic acid as raw meterials under catalyst was introduced in this paper. This process belonged to half continous method. The produetivity was 97 % and purity of product was above 98 %. Compared with the other processes, it had many advantages, such as high purity, good color, low costs and little wastes. The tests showed the effect was best with imidazole as catalyst at 95~100 ℃ and excess rate of phosgene 15 %~25 %.
