摘要
试验考察了γ-亚麻酸发酵过程中碳源、氮源以及培养时间对生物量、油脂含量、γ -亚麻酸含量的影响。对发酵条件进行了优化 ,确定了发酵培养基组成为淀粉 1 5 %、(NH4) 2 SO40 .5 %、MgSO4·7H2 O 0 .0 2 %、KH2 PO40 .1 %、CaCO30 .1 %、α淀粉酶 0 .2 % ,pH 6.8,发酵时间为 96h。
The effects of carbon sources?nitrogen sources and culture time on the production rate of fungal body,lipid content,r-linodenic acid content were introduced in this paper. The optimum culture medium and time were obtained culture medium: starch 15 %; (NH_4)_2SO_4 0.5 %;MgSO_4·7H_2O 0.02 %;KH_2PO_4 0.1 %;CaCO_3 0.1 %;α-amylase 0.2 %, pH 6.8, time of fermentation was 96 h.
