抗真菌抗生素F_(126-B)

摘要 抗真菌抗生素F_(126-B)由有待鉴别的真菌F_(126)所产生,发酵液经乙酸乙酯提取、纯化后得到淡黄色粉末,用TLC和HPLC证实为含有三个组分的复合物,其中主要组分B由氧化铝柱层析分出,通过性质试验和^(13)CNMR,F_(AB-MS)测定,初步确定此组分为有一不饱和脂肪酸侧链的环肽化合物,其环肽由14种氨基酸和两种未知的氨基酸组成。在体外试验证实它对细菌无抗菌活性,对酵母、霉菌和真菌有良好的抗菌作用,LD_(50)(ⅳ)为10~20 mg/kg,与相关的抗真菌抗生素相比,均有差别,因此初步认为是一种新的抗真菌抗生素。 An antifungal antibiotic F_(126) was produced by an unidentified strain 126. From its culture broth to undergo extraction and purification, a light yellow powder was gotten, which is composed of three components by the determination of TLC and HPLC, the majer compenent B, was named antibiotic 126-B, was identified by the experiments of its properties, amino acid analysis and ^(13)CNMR, F_(AB-MS) and, base these, it was established peliminarily a structure of cyclopeptide with an unsaturated fatty acid side chain.The antibiotic F_(126-B) is active, in vitro, against fungi, but is not active against bacteria and was compared with its interrelated antibiotics such as cyclosporin, echinocandin B, mulundocandin, mycobacillin, stcndomycin and aculencin, it discovered that the antibiotic F_(126-B) was different with them, hence, we considered the antifungal antibiotic is a new substance.
