摘要
用 FT- IR研究了 TDI- PPG- MOCA体系的固化动力学 ,得到了不同温度下固化反应速度、反应程度与固化时间的关系及反应的活化能。讨论了固化剂用量、温度对固化动力学参数、交联反应的影响。结果表明 ,固化剂的用量、温度对固化动力学参数、交联反应有较大影响 。
The curing process of polyurethanes was investigated by FT-IR. The curves of conversion α~t at different temperatures were obtained. The curing reaction of TDI-PPG-MOCA was found to be reaction of second order. The reaction rate constants and activation energy had been measured. The effect of the concentrations of curing agent and temperatures on curing reaction were discussed. The results show that, when the mole ratio of NCO/OH is smaller than 1, the crosslinking reaction takes place at higher temperature. Although the concentrations of cure agent and temperatures have not affected the order of reaction and affected the reaction rate constants. The curing rate of MOCA is faster than that of 1,4-butandiol and the curing rate of 1,4-butandiol is faster than that of 1,3-butandiol. The curing agents don′t affected their kinetic order.
