摘要
采用不同方法合成紫外光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯 ,研究了原料配比、反应时间、加料顺序、催化剂等对其流变行为的影响。实验结果表明 ,在无催化剂的条件下 ,以丙烯酸羟乙酯先与异氰酸酯反应 。
A series of UV-curable polyurethane acrylate polymers based on HDI, HEA and castor oil were synthesized. The effect of catalyst, the feeding order and material molar ratio and reaction time was studied respectively. It shows that a good fluidity resin can be prepared by using proper feeding way which HEA is reacted first with HDI and not adding catalyst. Thus, a UV-curable resin which has good fluidity and curable performance was synthesized by HDI, HEA and castor oil.
