摘要
制备了新型综合性能优于间规聚苯乙烯 (s PS) /聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯 (PET)的 s PS/PET/磺化间规聚苯乙烯钾盐离聚体 (Ss PS- K)工程塑料合金。当 s PS/PET/Ss PS- K为 85 /15 /4时 ,合金的冲击强度最大为 11.5 k J/m2 ,是纯 s PS的 3倍 ,且拉伸强度和弯曲强度依旧较高 ,耐热性较好。DSC分析表明 s PS和PET的熔点几乎不受 Ss PS- K用量的影响 ,分别接近各自的纯料 ,而起始结晶温度和达到最大结晶速率时的温度均提高。另外 ,PET的结晶速率显著提高。SEM观察到加入 Ss PS- K后 ,PET分散相的尺寸减小 ,且随其用量的增加 。
The characterization and properties of syndiotactic polystyrene (sPS)/polyester(PET)/sulfonated syndiotactic polystyrene ionomer(SsPS-K) alloys have been investigated. When sPS/PET/SsPS-K=85/15/4(mass ratio), the unnotched lzod impact strength of blends reached maximum value of 11.5 kJ/m 2, which is about 3 times of the pure sPS, while tensile strength and flexural strength were still higher, reached 38.8 MPa and 54.2 MPa respectively, still keeping better thermal resistance and processing. SEM displayed the dispersion dimension of PET was decreased addition of SsPS-K and more evenly, proving the compatibility of sPS and PET was improved.
