摘要
用 1,3,5 -苯三甲酸作为分子量调节剂进行己内酰胺水解聚合 ,所得到的聚合物为尼龙 6星型高分子和一些尚未封端的线型链高分子 ,在 DSC图谱上显示的熔融峰为一个主峰和一个位于其低温侧的小峰或肩 ,反映了较完整晶体与较不完整晶体的熔融。随聚合过程中苯三甲酸含量的增加 ,聚合物主峰的温度逐步下降 ,而结晶度的变化是先升后降再升。在热的作用下 ,线型链尼龙 6具有较稳定的结晶性能 ,而星型尼龙
With 1,3,5-trimesic acid as a molecular weight regulator, hydrolytic polymerization of ε-caprolactam was carried out, and nylon 6 with both linear and star-shaped chains was obtained. The nylon 6 shows a main peak and a small peak or a shoulder in DSC curves, reflecting melting of crystals formed by linear chain and branched chain, respectively. With the increase of trimesic acid during polymerization, the main peak temperature in DSC curve decreases gradually, while the crystallinity increases at first, then decreases, and afterwards increases. Besides, linear chain nylon 6 has more stable crystallizability than star-shaped nylon 6.
