摘要
研究了甲基丙烯酸锌 [Zn(MAA) 2 ]对聚丙烯酸酯橡胶 (ACM)硫化特性、力学性能、热空气老化性能以及耐热油性能的影响。结果表明 ,Zn(MAA) 2 使得 ACM胶料的正硫化时间延长 ,硬度明显提高 ,力学性能得以改善 ,热空气老化性能以及耐热油性能仍可保持较高水平。X射线电子能谱和差式扫描量热分析表明 ,硫化过程中 Zn(MAA) 2 参与了
The influence of Zn(MAA) 2 on vulcanization properties, mechanical properties, heat-air aging properties and heat-oil aging properties of ACM was studied. The results show that the optimum curing time is prolonged and the shore A hardness is greatly enhanced and the mechanical properties are improved by Zn(MAA) 2. The heat-air aging properties and the heat-oil aging properties could still maintain high level. EDS and DSC indicated that Zn(MAA) 2 has participated in the curing reactions of ACM compound during the curing process.
