摘要 井下单螺杆泵工况诊断系统包括数据采集和数据分析优化两大部分 ,该系统的研制成功实现了井下单螺杆泵井生产状况的实时监测 ,能够帮助工程技术人员及时了解螺杆泵井的转速、扭矩和载荷等参数 ,并通过优化设计部分进行与理论值对比 ,从而指导螺杆泵井的维护工作 .通过现场应用 ,取得了井下单螺杆泵生产的第一手资料 ,尤其是直观地展示了螺杆泵启动阶段的运转特性 .目前已在 4口井上应用 ,结果证明了该系统的实用价值 . The work condition surveying system has two major functions, one is data gathering, and the other is data processing. It can be used for the real time monitoring of the work condition of a downhole screw pump, and it can effectively help technicians to obtain the real parameters of rotary rate, torque and load of the screw pump. Then, through data processing and the comparison of the real data and theoretical data, the maintenance of a screw pump well can be guided. The surveying system is applied to 4 wells. Not only are the first hand data collected, but also the characteristics of the screw pump in starting stage are vividly illustrated, and the potential factors of influencing the running efficiency of a downhole screw pump can be analyzed.
