摘要
在充分剖析目前国內外高摩擦系数合成闸瓦性能的基础上,以酚醛树脂、丁腈橡胶粉、石墨、钾长石粉、铝矾土、硫酸钡等为主要原材料,采用干法工艺,围绕降低成本、简化工艺、提高并稳定产品性能等方面开展研究。结果表明,所研制的高摩擦系数合成闸瓦的物理力学性能和摩擦性能达到部颁标准要求,产品综合性能优异。
Study has been carried out to reduce cost, simplify process and improve and stabilize the product property according to sufficient analysis of the property of the current synthetic brake shoes with high friction factor both at home and abroad. Phenolic resin,butadiene nitrile rubber powder, graphite,sylvine feldspar, alumine, BaSO4 are used as main materials and dry process is employed in the study. The test result shows that the synthetic brake shoe with high friction factor developed has excellent physical and mechanical properties and can meet the requirement of the railway standard of China.
