临盘油田盘二区块油井出砂机理分析

Sand Production Mechanism Analysis in Block Pan 2 of Linpan Oilfield

通过对山东临盘油田盘二区块地质特征及生产资料的统计分析 ,研究了生产过程中油井出砂机理。结果表明 ,地层压力、生产压差以及含水率是影响油井出砂的重要因素。保持足够高的地层压力开采 ,设计合理的生产压差 ,控制产水率上升 ,能有效减少出砂 。

Through a statistical study of geologic features and production data in Block Pan 2 of Linpan Oilfield, the sand production mechanism during the production is studied. The result demonstrates that formation pressure, producing pressure drop, and water content ratio are the important factors of sand production. It would be effectively reduced for the purpose of production improvement by maintaining high enough formation pressure in production , designing proper producing pressure difference and controlling water content ratio increase.
