气液固三相相平衡计算改进方法及应用

摘要 油气开采、输运及加工过程中始终存在着气、液、固三相相态转变和三相平衡共存。根据烃类体系组成和相态特点 ,建立了新的气液固三相相平衡计算方法 ,假设固相为非理想的固体溶液 ,用正规溶液理论来描述其非理想性 ,而气相和液相则统一采用状态方程描述其相态特征。实例表明 ,该方法能用于石油开采、集输和加工中的气、液、固三相相态模拟 ,也可用于石蜡。 The co-existance of phase state transformation and phase equilibrium of gas, liquid and solid always exists during oil and gas production, transportation and processing. Based on the composition and phase behavior of hydrocarbon system , a new calculating method of phase equilibrium of oil, gas and solid is established. Provided that the solid is a non-ideal solution, it could be described with regular solution theory, but gas and liquid would be described by using equation of state. Examples show that the method would be used for phase state simulation of gas, liquid and solid during oil production, transportation and processing and for studying the precipitation of paraffin and asphaltene as well.
