摘要
以牙掌磨削作业区再布置设计为研究对象 ,介绍了应用工业工程的原理进行物料搬运系统设计的方法。根据新方案重新布置磨削作业区 ,可使操作工每加工一件工件的行走距离比目前降低 3 6%。
A systematic design method of material handling with industrial engineering principle is introduced by taking the design of re-arrangement of head section grinding operation area as an object of study. Based on the new concept of re-arranging grinding operation area, 36% of walking distance is reduced for an operator to machine a workpiece.
