Preparation of Flame Retardant Semi-rigid Integral-skin Polyurethane Foam

讨论了磷卤阻燃剂的阻燃机理,选择了BP60作为半硬质聚氨酯整皮泡沫塑料的添加型阻燃剂,可成功地添加在聚醚组份中,并制备了外观良好的材料样品。

Flame-retardant mechanism of haloalkyl phosphate was discussed.Brominated phosphate(BP60) was selected as an additive flame retardant of semi-rigid integral-skin polyurethane foam(SRISPUF) and successefully added to the component of polyether.The samples with tight skin layer were prepared.The influences of different BP60 contents on horizontal flame retardency of SRISPUF were investigated.
