Combined redox initiator in anaerobic adhesives

摘要 介绍了过氧化物-叔胺-糖精(胺体系)和过氧化物-取代肼-糖精(肼体系)两种厌氧胶引发剂体系的组成和性能。试验表明,采用多成分的复合引发剂是兼顾厌氧胶固化速度和贮存稳定性的较好途径。 The compositions and the properties for two kinds of redox initiators ( peroxide-tertiaryamine-sac-charine, amine system; peroxide-substituted hydrazine-saccharine, hydrazine system ) for anaerobic adhesives were introduced. The experiments showed that using of the combined initiator is a better way,which can give a suitable curing speed and a good storage stability for the anaerobic adhesives.
