摘要
用甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和二乙醇胺(DEA)对丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)改性,制备出丙烯酸氨基甲酸酯改性单体(UA)并将之替代羟甲基丙烯酰胺进行丙烯酸酯乳液共聚,外交联剂改用叔多异氰酸酯(TPI),这样生成了一种新型无甲醛型聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液静电植绒胶。另外,讨论了UA的制备原理、条件以及它和外交联剂用量对植绒产品性能的影响。结果表明:乳液中引入6%的UA能明显提高植绒产品耐湿磨性能;TPI含量为乳液量的4%时,植绒产品各项性能指标均符合应用要求。
The modified monomer of acrylic urethane (UA) was prepared through modifying of ethoxyl acry-late (HEA) with toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and diethanolamine (DEA) , and replaced methylol acrylamide in the process of emulsion copolymerization. Besides, the tertiary polyisocyanate was used as a additional crosslinker to form a new electrostatic flocking adhesive with the formaldehyde-free polyurethane-acrylate composite emulsion. The principle and the condition of synthesis of UA as well as the effect of the amount of UA and the additional crosslinker on the properties of flocking products was also discussed. As was shown in the paper, the addition of 6% UA (of the whole amount of monomer) to the emulsion can greatly improve the antifriction of flocking products in wetness, and the proper amount of TPI (4% of the amount of the emulsion ) makes the prepared flocking products applicable to the demands.
