摘要
钻井液振动筛是油田钻井固控系统中的关键设备,而筛网又是振动筛的主要结构部分。提高筛网的使用寿命是提高钻井速度、降低钻井成本的重要途径。为了提高筛网粘接质量、便于实现自动化操作,本文通过对板式叠层筛网的粘接前处理,胶粘剂调配与涂敷、加压固化,增加涂敷点等方面的工艺改进,使得粘接的叠层筛网使用寿命提高了3~5倍。
The vibration sieve for well-drilling liquid is a key equipment in the solide phase control system, and the screen is the main structural part of the sieve. Increasing of the screen serviceable life is a important way to increase the well-drilling speed and to decrease its cost. In order to achieve automated operation some improvements of the bonding quality of the screens, compounding and applying of the adhesives, pressure curing and increasing of coating spot number etc. So that the serviceable life of the plate laminated screens was increased by 3 to 5 times.
