Bonding and repairing technique for airplane honeycomb components

飞机蜂窝构件损伤修理质量的好坏,对飞机的性能影响很大。为满足飞机损伤修理的需要,在分析蜂窝结构件损伤特性及不同修理方法的优缺点基础上,提出了粘接修理工艺及修理中应注意的问题。

The repairing quality for damaged airplane honeycomb components has a remarkable influence on the airpkne performance. In order to meet the needs of damaged airplane repairing, the damage characteristics of honeycomb components were analysed,the advantage and the shortcoming for different repairing methods were given , on the basis of that the bonding process and some points for attention were presented.
