摘要
在建设数字化图书馆过程中,针对数码相机拍摄书页图像效果不佳的问题,文中提出了采用数字滤波的方法进行图像处理,在VisualC++下编程实现了滤波处理和外部界面的实现,较好的弥补了数码相机拍摄的缺陷,清晰的还原了图像并进行了二值化,并在实际中使用取得了较好的效果。
During the progress of digital library construction, image of pages, which are taken by digital camera, are not satisfactory. As for the problem, this article brings up a solution for image process by using digital wave filter. It realizes wave filter process and external interface in VC++ program, makes up limitation of digital camera, reverts image clearly and changes the color of image to black-white status. Satisfied effect has been showed in the practice.
