摘要
介绍一种新型的基于80C196KC单片机的原动机仿真系统,该系统综合了原动机仿真系统数学模型的已有成果。对系统中的调速器、电流调节器和触发器,利用灵活的计算机软件去实现其功能,不仅使硬件线路大为简化,且使整个系统的控制精度、可靠性和稳定性等大幅度地提高。对硬件、软件的设计,作了较为详细的阐述。静态、动态测试实验表明该系统不仅能很好地实现对原型调速器及原动机自平衡特性的仿真,而且与模拟电路的设计方案相比,具有明显的优势。
A new prime mover simulation system is introduced,which is based on80C196KC micro-controller and integrates the mathematic models of some prime movers.The functions of governor,current adjustor and trigger in the system are realized with flexible computer software to greatly simplify the hardware circuits and improve the precision,reliability and stability.The design of sys-tem hardware and software are elaborated.Static and dynamic experiments show that,the introduced system can well simulate the prime governor and the self-equilibrium characteristics of prime mover and it is obviously prior to the systems designed with analog circuits.
