摘要 综合运用计算机软件对飞行器进行结构设计和多学科仿真分析,用来预测飞行器的结构力学、热力学、空气动力学、飞行控制等诸方面的特性及其相互之间的关系。文中介绍了编制的有关人机界面、数据转换程序、以及飞行器建模和仿真过程。并通过对某超音速飞行器的仿真计算给出了建模和多学科仿真分析的实例。利用多学科计算机仿真分析可以对飞行器进行优化设计。 The integration and application of multidisciplinary computer-aided engineering (CAE) software structural designs and computer simulation of aircraft are investigated. Various interfaces and computer programs Multidisciplinary Analysis and Computer Simulation of Aircraft Design ZHU Jian-yuan1, Chivey Wu2 (1Shanghai Maritime University, Shanghai 200135, China; 2California State University, Los Angeles, USA) Abstract: The integration and application of multidisciplinary computer-aided engineering (CAE) software to expedite the structural designs and computer simulation of aircraft are investigated. Various interfaces and computer programs are developed to transfer data between computer-aided design (CAD) software, finite element analysis (FEA) codes, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) meshes and control system analysis programs to facilitate multidisciplinary analysis of aircraft structure designs. Thus the structural, thermal, aerodynamic and control characteristics and their interactions can be predicated. The aircraft modeling and simulation procedures are described. The modeling and multidisciplinary simulation of a hypersonic aircraft is presented as a test case. Refinement and optimization of aircraft configuration design can be achieved by this type of multidisciplinary CAE analysis.
