摘要
提出了一种真空灭弧室内部气体压力在线检测的新方法——放电声发射检测法。介绍了其原理,并对有关技术问题进行了探讨。试验结果验证了该方法的可行性。
A new method for detecting the interior pressure of vacu um interrupter by means of acoustic emission technique is proposed in this pap er.The basic principle is introduced,and the key problems are also discussed.T est results show that the method for detecting the interior pressure of vacuum interrupter is feasible.
