Capability description is the basic of agent cooperation. A universal model of MAS and a agent capability description language (ACDL) are put forward based on tasks and capabilities analyses of cooperation agents in this paper. The language can describe the capabilities of single agent, a group of agents and agency. It can also support agent cooperation in small or large scale and study based on capability of agents.
