中文斜体印刷字倾斜角度的检测算法

A Chinese Italics Skew Detection Algorithm

提出了一种检测中文斜体印刷字倾斜角度的算法。该算法通过限制笔画的跟踪方向，比较各种跟踪结果，并根据竖笔画的倾斜角度最小来检测出一行文字中的竖笔画的倾斜角度，以此作为整个斜体字的倾斜角度。

The paper proposes an italics skew detection method.Assuming that the skew angle of the vertical stroke is minimal,the algorithm limits the track directions of strokes and compares the results to get the skew angle of vertical stroke, and it is also the skew angle of Italics.
