摘要
失水事故工况 (LOCA)下反应堆下降环腔内的流动和传热研究 ,对反应堆压力容器 (RPV)的安全具有重要的意义。通过对一种直接安注的反应堆压力容器内流动和传热的研究 ,将流动分为横穿射流和冲击射流 ,比较了在两种射流下下降环腔内流动和传热的特点 ,分析了流速比和对流换热系数及温度的关系 ,当流速比在 1~ 1 0时 ,流动属于横穿射流 ,对流换热主要由环腔流速决定 ;流速比大于 1 0后 ,属于冲击射流 ,环腔内对流换热主要决定于安注流速 。
The study on flow and heat transfer in downcomer under loss of coolant accident (LOCA) is important to the safety of reactor pressure vessel (RPV). An experimental investigation on flow and heat transfer in downcomer of RPV with direct safety injection was introduced in the paper. The flow has two cases including cross jet and impingement according to the ratio of safety injection rate U i versus downcomer flow rate U d. It was found that flow regime was in the condition of the cross jet at the flow ratio of U i/U d=1~10 and of the impingement at the ratio of U i/U d>10. Under cross jet condition heat transfer mainly depended on downcomer flow rate; and under impingement heat transfer mainly depended on safety injection rate. The heat transfer coefficient in local region went up with increased injection flow rate under impingement.
