Catalytical Synthesis of Tri(β-chloroethyl)phosphate over TiSiW_(12)O_(40)/TiO_2 Catalyst

摘要 The synthesis of tri(β-chloroethyl)phosphate(TCEP) from ethylene oxide and phosphorus oxychloride catalyzed by a solid super acid TiSiW 12O 40/TiO 2 has been studied. The optimun reactions conditions are: molar ratio of ethylene oxide to phosphorous oxychloride=3.10∶1.00, catalyst amount 1.5%, 5 h and 30~45 ℃. The synthesis of tri(β-chloroethyl)phosphate(TCEP) from ethylene oxide and phosphorus oxychloride catalyzed by a solid super acid TiSiW 12O 40/TiO 2 has been studied.
