摘要
采用X射线光电子能谱 (XPS)和交流阻抗法 (EIS)研究了 3 0 4不锈钢在闭塞区溶液中钝化膜的组成和性能。研究结果表明 :在闭塞区溶液中 3 0 4不锈钢表面钝化膜的外层主要为CrO3、CrCl3、CrOOH、Fe2 O3、γ FeOOH、Fe(OH) 3、CrO2 -4 、Cr(OH) 3、NiCl2 、FeCl2 和FeCl3;溅射 3min时膜内层主要为Cr2 O3、CrO2 、FeCl2 、FeCl3以及少量的FeO。Cl-吸附在钝化膜表面 ,破坏了钝化膜的完整性 。
X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) were used to study the composition and structure of the passive film of 304 stainless steel in an occluded solution. The results showed that the outside passive film of 304 stainless steel was mainly composed of CrO_3, CrCl_3, CrOOH, Fe_2O_3, γ-FeOOH, Fe(OH)_3, CrO 2-_4, Cr(OH)_3, NiCl_2, FeCl_2 and FeCl_3. The inside film sputtered 3 minutes was mainly composed of Cr_2O_3, CrO_2, FeCl_2 and FeCl_3, with a little of FeO. Cl - ions were easily absorbed on the surface of the passive film, which destroyed integrality of the passive film and led to the change of its composition and structure.
