摘要
采用高效液相色谱法以Shim packCLC NH2 柱为分析柱 ,乙腈与水 (体积比为 7∶3 )为流动相 ,以RID 6A示差折光仪为检测器 ,测定了菊粉酶解产物中的葡萄糖、果糖和蔗糖 。
Glucose, fructose and saccharose in inulin zymohydrolysis products were determined by HPLC method. The chromatographic conditions are listed as follow: Shim-Pack CLC-NH_2 column, RID-6A detector, and a mobile phase composed of acetonitrile and water with the ratio of 7∶3. The scientific foundation for the determination of inulin zymohydrolysis products was provided.
