摘要
建立了测定岩石中镓、铟、锗的石墨炉原子吸收光谱法。镓、铟、锗的线性范围分别为0~50、0~5、0~20μg/mL,线性相关系数分别为0.996、0.935、0.992,回收率分别为97.3%~108.0%、95.0%~105.0%、93.3%~102.0%,相对标准偏差分别为3.6%、13.3%、8.7%,检出限分别为0.042、0.001、0.008μg/mL。
An analysis method for the determination of Ga, In and Ge in rock by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrom-etry has been set up. The linear ranges of Ga, In and Ge are 0-50, 0 ~5 and 0 ~20μg/mL, the correlation coefficients are 0.996, 0.935 and 0.992, the recoveries are 97. 3% - 108.0% , 95.0% ~ 105.0% and 93. 3% ~ 102. 0% , the relative standard deviations are 3. 6% , 13. 3% and 8. 7% and the detecting limits are 0.042, 0. 001 and 0. 008 ug /mL respectively .
