摘要
以Waters Nova-Pak C_(18)柱为色谱柱,乙腈-水(体积比为1:2)为流动相,Waters-2996二极管阵列检测器为检测器,对保健食品中的黄芪甲甙进行高效液相色谱分析。线性回归方程为A=89852c-22076,相关系数r=0.9997,线性范围为5.0~50.0μg/mL,回收率为97.2%~98.9%,相对标准偏差为1.38%~1.61%。方法简便,灵敏度高,重现性好。
HPLC coupled with photo diode array detector had been successfully used to determine the content of astragaloside in health food by applying Waters Nova - Pak C18 column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water( volume ratio being 1:2). UV detection was performed at 227 nm. The linear regression equation is A =89852c -22076, the correlation coefficient is 0.9997, the linear range is 5.0 -50.0 ug/mL, the recovery is 97.2% -98.9% with RSD being 1. 38% - 1.61%. The method is convenient, sensitive and reproducible.
