摘要
利用氯化苄基三乙基胺 (TEBA)为催化剂 ,改进文献方法提高 2 氨基 4 ,6 二甲氧基嘧啶 (AMP)的产率 .无水乙醇中回流制得水合氯化铜和硝酸铜与AMP的物质的量比为 1∶2的固态配合物 ,用化学分析和元素分析确定它们的组成为Cu(AMP) 2 Cl2 ( 1)和Cu(AMP) 2 (NO3 ) 2 ( 2 ) ;用IR ,XPS和1HNMR等手段研究了它们的成键情况 :配合物中配体通过氨基N原子和嘧啶环上一个N原子与Cu2 + 双齿配位 ,配合物 2中NO3 -未参与配位 ,中心离子Cu2 + 分别为sp3 d2 和sp3 杂化 ,配位数为 6和 4.据此 ,推测了它们的可能结构 .
On the basis of the literature, the synthetic method of 2-amino-4,6-dimethoxy-pyrimidine (AMP) was ameliorated and the yield was improved. The complexes of hydrous copper chloride and copper nitrate with AMP in a molar ratio of 1:2 were prepared through reflux in alcohol. The composition of the complexes Cu(AMP)(2)Cl-2 (1) and Cu(AMP)(2)(NO3)(2) (2) were determined by chemical and elemental analyses. The bonds between Cu2+ and AMP were investigated by IR, XPS and H-1 NMR, which showed that nitrogen atom in the amino group and one of nitrogen atoms in the pyridine ring coordinated to Cu2+ in bidentate fashion when NO3- in the complex 2 did not participated in the coordination. From the analytical results, it is assumed that Cu2+ in the complexes 1 and 2 hybridized separately in sp(3)d(2) and sp(3) with the coordination number of 6 and 4.
