用31P核磁共振观察了肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF_α))和γ_干扰素(IFN_γ)联合对人淋巴瘤白血病细胞系Molt_4作用后含磷化合物的变化;Molt_4细胞系的 31P谱主要由三磷酸腺苷(ATP)、无机磷(Pi)、磷酸单酯等的共振峰组成 ;31P谱显示γ_干扰素、肿瘤坏死因子α及γ_干扰素和肿瘤坏死因子α联合对Molt_4细胞作用后 ,三磷酸腺苷的 β位磷的共振峰与无机磷的峰高比值 (hATP/hPi)不同程度地降低 ;同时根据Pi
The effects of recombinant human interferon _ γ(rhIFN _ γ) and recombinant human tumor necrosis factor _ α(rhTNF _ α) on phosphorus metabolism in human lymphoma leukemia cell line Molt _ 4 were investigated by using 31P NMR. 31P NMR spectra of Molt _ 4 cells consist primarily of adenosine triphosphate(ATP), inorganic phosphate(Pi), phosphomonoesters, diphosphodiesters peaks. The peak height ratio of ATP to Pi decreased in varying degrees after treatment of the Molt _ 4 cells with rhIFN _ γ, rhTNF _ α and combination of rhIFN _ γ and rhTNF _ α. Changes in intracellular pH of Molt _ 4 cells were monitored based on chemical shift of Pi peak.
