摘要
在低物质的量比条件下,分析讨论了脲醛胶的各项力学性能,甲醛释放机理,通过研究表明:选择适合的物质的量比(F/U≤1 3)、改进合成工艺、添加偶联螯合剂(1 0%)等,可生产出综合性能较好的低毒脲醛胶,胶合板甲醛释发量达到E1级(≤1 5mg/L),力学性能符合GB/T9846-1988及GB/T15104-1994标准要求。
By low molar ratio of urea and formaldehyde,the mechanical properties and formaldehyde emission theory for the UF resins in plywood made with the new synthesized resin are analyzed and discussed.The results show that:based on selecting proper molar ratio(F/U≤13),changing synthetic technology,adding coupling-chelating agent(10%) and so on,low toxicity UF resins with good comprehensive performances could be made.And the amout of formaldehyde emission from plywood meets the standard GB18580-2001 E1(≤15 mg/L). The mechanical prorerties could meet requirement specified in standard GB/T9846-1988 & GB/T15104-1994.
