摘要 应用正交设计探讨了丙烯酸酯压敏胶粘剂的优化配方,考察了温度、反应时间和单体的滴加速度对共聚反应的影响,并分别用一定量的甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙三醇和松香对胶粘剂进行了初步改性研究。 In this work, an orthogonal design experiment method is used to explore the most ascendant prescription of emulsion polymerization acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive. The influences of reaction temperature time and the speed of monomer adding on the copolymerization reaction and using definite amounts of MMA, glycerol and rosin respectively to optimize the adhesives are investigated.
