添加和替代微量元素改善NdFeB的磁性能

摘要 讨论了添加和替代微量元素对纳米复合永磁体微结构的影响,并制备了四种不同成份的纳米复合永磁体。对它们的剩磁及矫顽力进行了测试,测试结果表明添加和替代其它微量稀土元素,可以增强纳米复合永磁体中晶粒之间的相互作用,从而使得剩磁、矫顽力及磁能积在不同程度上均有提高,充分说明添加和替代微量元素是改善NdFeB磁性材料磁性的一种有效途径。 The nanocrystalline magnetic materials microstucture can be changed by adding various trace elements Four type nanocrystalline magnetic materials have been manufactured Comparing the test result we concluded that the residual magnetism Br , coercive force Hcj and (HB)m can be increased by adding other trace rare earth elementsThis defined that adding trace rare earth element in the nanocrystalline magnetic material Nd9Fe85B5 is one effective method to increase the residual magnetism Br , coercive force Hcj and (HB)m of nanocrystalline magnetic materials
