摘要
Ⅰ类围岩传统的支护方式是大管棚或小管棚超前支护,但是管棚施工工期长,且施工时经常有塌孔现象造成返工。老鸦峡隧道出口Ⅰ类围岩长为70多米,且为沙砾岩层,原设计为大管棚超前支护,考虑到工期的影响及管棚施工的缺点,在此使用了迈式注浆钻进锚杆这种新材料、新工艺,并取得了一些经验。
Traditional supporting methods for I-type wallrocks is advance-support using big pipe shed or small pipe shed. Construction of pipe shed is generally lasting long time, and needs to be remade because of constant collapse during construction. Length of I-type wallrocks in the outlet of Laoyacha tunnel is more 70m. The wallrocks are mainly composed of sand and cobble strata. Original design scheme is advance-support using big pipe shed. Considering time limit for the project and disadvantage of pipe shed construction, 'stepping-style' slip casting drilling bolts are used and some experiences are got.
