摘要 通过动物实验和流行病学调查,探讨低浓度CO对脂质代谢及脂质过氧化影响。结果表明CO引起脂质代谢紊乱,增高动脉粥样硬化的危险性;CO导致脂质过氧化,血清LPO增高,可能是引发动脉粥样硬化早期改变的重要因素之一。 An animal experiment and epidemiological investigation in workers exposed to CO in a chemical fertilizer factory were carried out, to find out the effects of low concentration CO on lipid metabolism and lipid peroxidation. Results showed: CO changed the lipid metabolism, increased the risk of atheroselerosis. Exposing to CO induced lipid peroxidation, and serum LPO increased. Lipid peroxidation injuries induced by CO might be one of the important factors of inducing pathologic changes in early pe- riod of atherosisclerosis.
