杀虫剂二元混用联合作用的药效评价

Evaluation on Drug Effect of Joint Action of the Mixture of Two Kinds of Insecticide against Brevicoryne brassicae

在室内采用浸渍叶片法测定了烟碱、吡虫啉单剂及烟碱与吡虫啉质量比 6∶1混用对菜蚜的毒力作用。利用三角座标法、Sakai公式法、Mansour法、Finney公式法及Yun peisun公式法对混用的联合毒力作用进行了评价。结果表明 ,无论采用哪一种方法进行评价 ,烟碱和吡虫啉质量比 6∶1混用均表现为增效作用。

The toxicities of the mixture of nicotine and imidaclopid against Brevicoryne brassicae were tested by using leaf-soaking method in the laboratory. Results showed the mixture of nicotine and imidaclopid (mass ratio 6∶1)had synergistic action against Brevicoryne brassicae by using five methods of evaluating the joint action.The usage of the five evaluating methods and the advantage of each method were also discussed.
