新时期中国农业技术推广的现状及其发展浅见

Current Status and Development of Agro-tech Extension in China

分析了中国农业技术推广体系的形成与发展和在新时期所面临的问题 ,提出新时期农业技术推广要适应四大变化 ,即 :农村产业结构、农业内部结构、农村就业结构和农业生产方式的大变化 ;新时期农业技术推广体系建设要着眼于三个转变 ,即 :政府职能向服务转变、成果技术向可操作化转变。

The formation and existing problems of the agricultural technology extension system in China were analyzed, and the strategies for its further development in the new period were proposed, which include four great alterations: the rural industrial structure, the internal agricultural structure, the rural employment structure and the agricultural production mode, in the extension of agricultural technology, and three transformations: govermental functions into service, technological achievements into operatability and agricultural production into industrialization, in the establishment of the agro-tech extension system.
