DNA Damage of Ditylenchus Dipsaci Caused by Aldicarb and SDBS Complex Pollution System

选择了一种毒性很高的氨基甲酸酯类农药———涕灭威和一种最常见的阴离子表面活性剂———十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)组成的复合污染体系,研究了它们对茎线虫DNA的影响,在分子水平上探讨了对DNA的损伤和修复的机制。

This paper deals with the DNA damage o f Ditylenchus dipsaci caused by a com plex pollution system composed of a v ery toxic carbamate pesticide,aldicarb and a widely used anionic surfactan t,sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate(SDBS).Two experi-mental studies were conducted in thi s paper,including:(1)Studies of the DNA damage and repair o f Ditylenchus dipsaci caused by aldicarb and SDBS and(2)Studies of the DNA damage and repair o f Ditylenchus.dipsaci caused by com plex pollution system com-posed of aldicarb and SDBS in the present study.
