克百威 甲基对硫磷对湘云鲫脑AchE活性恢复的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用体内染毒的方法,研究了克百威、甲基对硫磷及两者混合物对湘云鲫脑乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)活性恢复的影响。结果表明,湘云鲫被0.25mg·L-1克百威处理48h后转入洁净水环境中,其AchE恢复很快,到恢复试验96h,AchE基本完全恢复(抑制率仅为3%)。湘云鲫被2.0mg·L-1甲基对硫磷处理48h后,其AchE恢复缓慢,到恢复试验96h,AchE抑制率还有20.1%。湘云鲫被0.25mg·L-1克百威与2.0mg·L-1甲基对硫磷混合物处理48h后,其AchE恢复极为困难,到恢复试验96h,AchE抑制率还有31.6%。 This paper reports effects of carbofuran and methyl -parathion on recovery of Xiangyunji fish brain AchE in v ivo.The inhibited AchE in Xiangyunji which h ad been treated with 0.25mg ·L -1 carbofuran for 48hours recovered ra pidly.After the fish had been transferred into clean wate r for 96hours,the inhibited AchE alm ost recovered completely.However,the inhibited AchE in Xiangyunji which had been treated wi th 2.0mg ·L -1 methyl -parathion for 48hours recovered slowly,and the AchE inhibition rate reached 20.1%after Xiangyunji had b een transferred into clean water for96hours.Xiangyunji having been tre ated with the mixture of 0.25mg ·L -1 carbofuran and 2.0mg ·L -1 methylparathion for 48hours,the re covery of the inhibited AchE was the most dif-ficult,even Xiangyunji had been tra nsferred into clean water for 96hour s,the AchE inhibition rate reached 31.6%.
