杀螟丹在苹果上残留动态研究

Residual Dynamics of Cartap on Apple and Soil

为制订杀螟丹在苹果上的安全使用标准,采用田间试验的方法研究了杀螟丹在苹果上的残留动态,应用GC法测定了杀螟丹在苹果上的残留量。试验结果表明,杀螟丹在苹果上的半衰期为2～3d。杀螟丹按1∶1000的浓度在苹果上施药3次,间隔期为30d,苹果上的残留量为0.1033mg·kg-1。杀螟丹属易降解农药(T1/2<30d)。

In order to make up criteria for safe application of cartap on apple,a fie ld experiment was conducted to study the residual dynamics on apples and soil after application of cartap formulation of di ssolvable powder.The cartap 98%dis solvable powder was sprayed with three times at dilution of 1000times.The residues of cartap on apples were determined by GC.The r esidues of the pesticide for the one year's study sh owed that cartap dissipated rapidly on apples and soil.It's half -live in apples and soil were 2～3days.At harvest,the final residual of cartap in apple was found to be 0.1033mg ·kg -1 .
