摘要
应用粘液组化的方法对100例肝胆管结石病人及15例正常人肝脏胆管的粘液分泌进行观察。结果表明胆管壁中大量增生的腺体,特别是壁内腺是病理性胆汁中糖蛋白的主要来源,这些腺体中性粘液的含量显著增加并出现正常胆管上皮所没有的唾液酸粘液,粘液构成的变化与胆石形成关系密切。
100 cases of hepatolithiasis and 15 cases of normal liver were examined by a variety of histoche mical techniques for their mucus secretion. The results showed that large amounts of glycoprotein in lithgenic bile were derived from the proliferation of biliary glands, especially from intramural glands. These glands showed marked increase of neutral mucus and contained some carboxylated mucus which was very little or not present in normal biliary glands. The change of constitution of bile mucus is close related to the formation of calculus.
