摘要
发展经济简便的农药残留检测方法将有助于控制农药污染带来的危害。基于抗原-抗体特异性结合的免疫分析方法,克服了传统色谱法费时费力操作流程的缺点,既适合于实验室检测,又可用于现场筛选,具有分析速度快,经济、简便,又能同时分析大样本的特点。本文综合介绍了这类分析方法的基本类型,抗原、抗体的制备、标记方法及其在有机磷类、有机氯类、氨基甲酸酯类、三嗪类、拟除虫菊酯类农药检测中的应用。
The development of cost -effective on -site methods for pesticide resid ual detection is instrumental to man aging risks posed by pesticide contamination.I mmunoassays,based on the interacti on of analyte with antibody that reco gnizes it with high affinity and specificity,show the potential to complement both laboratory -base d and field analytical methods for pesticide residual moni-toring as an alternative to the laborious and lengthy chromatographic pr ocedures.The methods to be described as following are sim-ple,cost -effective,and field -portable,do not require sophisticated instrumentation,and are able to analyze a large number of samples simultaneously.Such forma t in analysis of pesticide residues will be reviewed in this paper on their category,preparation of antigen and corresponding antibody,and label method as well as the appli cation in detection of organophosph orus,organochlorine,N -methyl -carbamate,pyrethroid an d triazine pesticide residues.
