精神分裂症患者氯丙嗪治疗前后LPO,SOD与ChE的协同比较

摘要 用完全随机结合自身配对方法,观测30例精神分裂症患者氯丙嗪治疗前后体内LPO含量、SOD和ChE活性的变化,24例正常人作为对照。结果显示,患者氯丙嗪治疗前与对照组比较,LPO含量下降,SOD与ChE活性升高,SOD与ChE呈正相关;治疗后LPO升高,SOD与ChE降低,和对照组无差别。提示精神分裂症患者体内氧化与抗氧化的自由基代谢紊乱,并影响乙酰胆碱与乙酰胆碱酯酶形成的胆碱系统,氯丙嗪治疗可纠正这种状况。 We have used completely random design and paired design to observe lipid peroside (LPO), super- oxide dismutase (SOD) and cholinesterase (ChE) activity in 30 cases of schizophrenia before and after therapy using chlorpromazine. The results of our study show the content of LPO decreased, the activity of SOD and ChE raised in the patients of schizophrenia as compared with the control group, but after therapy using chlorpromazine the content of LPO raised, the activity of SOD and ChE descreased in these patients as compared with before therapy. The results suggest that metabolic disorder of oxidation and antioxidation of free radical in the patients of schizophrenia, which influenced normal acetylcholine system that consists of acetylcholine and ChE; but this condition can be amended by therapy using chlorpromazine.
