检测33例类风湿性关节炎(RA)、28例风湿性关节炎患者及50例正常成人血清透明质酸(HA)含量,结果表明RA组HA值为225.7±208.3μg/L,风湿性关节炎组56.0±42.9μg/L,与对照组HA值34.2±7.1μg/L相比,P<0.05,且RA组血清HA含量与C-反应性蛋白、血尿酸含量呈正相关。
The serum hyaluronic acid (HA) concentration was measured in 33 patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and in patients with rheumatic arthritis and normal control subjects. The mean level in RA (225. 7±208. 3) and rheumatic arthritis (56±42. 9) was significantly elevated (P<0. 001, P< 0. 01 respectively), compared with that in control subjects (34. 2±17. 1). There was a significant direct correlation between serum HA and C-reaction protein content (r=0. 857, P<0. 001) in RA patients, as well as a direct correlation between serum HA and uric acid level (r=0. 649, P<0. 025). The results suggest the serum HA level may be an important index of inflammation activity for RA.
